How long does it take to process my order
Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay for service parts and kits. No later than 30 days after your order has been placed if out of stock.
What if the parts I order is out of stock?
At the point of ordering, we will notify you of any out-of-stock items. You will be given a date for the item shipping.
Do you accept Purchase orders?
Yes, we do.
How to order with a Purchase Order?
Email your orders to sales@labgasparts.com OR Place your purchase order number and details online at the checkout. We will respond with your order confirmation which will include your order ship date and payment details.
How do I pay for my order when I use a Purchase order
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. These will be sent to you with your order acceptance.
What is free shipping?
We offer:
Free standard 3–5-day shipping ground across the USA and Canada
Free 48-hour Royal Mail shipping across the UK
Will I need to sign for the delivery?
Yes, an adult signature is required.
Can I get it delivered faster?
Yes, we also offer next-day and 2-day service. This option can be chosen at checkout or use our contact from and we will get right back to you.
Can I ship with my own shipping account?
Yes, at the checkout you can choose to “Use your own shippers account to collect from the store.
How do I use my own shippers?
At the checkout you will be given the delivery options depending on your location. You can choose the option of “pickup at the store” and on the second page enter your shipping account and provider details. As well as the service you wish to use.
When will my order ship?
Typically, orders placed before 12 pm EST- Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)-will ship the next day. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. It can take up too 7 days to despatch.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries and offer international priority and economy services. You can of course also use your own shippers too.
Online ordering and credit payments are they secure?
Yes, we protect and secure your personal information and credit card information.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards.
Can I apply for a credit account?
Yes, you can email sales team and they will send you the application.
What if I want to pay by bank transfer?
We will send you the bank details with your order confirmation.
What currencies can I pay in?
We accept both US dollars, British pounds and Euros payments
What is a genuine OEM part?
A genuine OEM part is from the same manufacturer as the original manufacturer.
What is an aftermarket part?
Aftermarket parts are parts that are not from the original manufacturer or their original supply chain. These are certified Lab Gas Parts alternatives that are fully tested to meet the same or higher specifications than the original parts.
How can I tell if I am buying an OEM part or aftermarket part?
Easy, we will clearly state on the part or kit if it is aftermarket.
Can I cancel my order?
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
How long do I have if I want to cancel?
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
How to I inform if I want to cancel?
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
What if I have used the parts can I still return them?
Parts must be in same original packaging and be “unused”. If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days of your cancellation.
1.24 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
A) The supply of goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
1.25 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
